Since 2009 AL TRANS operates a customs warehouse on the basis of the licences no PL335000SA0002 and no PLCW1335000180002, which allows the storage of the goods imported from abroad without having to pay custom duties: taxes such as VAT and customs duty right away. Since the beginning of the customs warehouse activity we have signed contracts allowing us to store and order-picking goods with companies from outside the European Union; from countries such as: Israel, South Korea, Switzerland, China, Japan and the United States. The right to run the customs warehouse correctly is continuously monitored by the Customs Office.

The warehouse is one of the customs procedures, the aim of which is to offset the payment of customs duties put on goods in addition to their import, until they will be marketed in the territory of the country.

We have an AEO certificate in the field of customs simplification.

Thanks to our customs warehouse, the importer with our help is allowed to:

bring a larger quantity of the goods than is needed for the current production or trade, fold the goods in the warehouse and then, move out smaller batches. The duty and VAT is paid only on the item, which is introduced on the market at the moment,
place the goods in a customs warehouse and then apply for all sorts of documents, research, that will allow him entry into a market,
use the time at which the goods are in the warehouse to its repackaging, labelling, packaging. We will deal with all these services for you with pleasure.
move the storage costs of the imported goods to suppliers from outside the EU.

We have a warehouse space of over 8,500 m2. It is mostly a heated surface.

On site, we provide automatic cleaning services for packaging used in the transport of goods (KLT, pallets, spacers), depending on the needs.

Policy - we have a policy securing stored goods up to PLN 4,000,000.
